All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping Policy
We process orders within 2 business days for non-living items, up to 5 business day for live plants. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

To help protect your plants during transit, heat or cold packs are available for an additional fee. Because weather conditions vary by location, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose the appropriate protection. We cannot be held responsible for weather-related damage if proper shipping options are not selected.
5. Returns and Refunds
Non-Living Items:
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Live Plants (Future Offering):
Because live plants are perishable, all plant purchases are final. If your plant arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery and include photos or video so we can review the issue.
Keep in mind that plants may experience minor cosmetic wear during shipping (such as small tears or soil movement), which is normal and not eligible for a refund.
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, transit issues, or resulting damage caused by the carrier.
6. Plant Care Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for proper plant care after delivery. We are not liable for plant decline due to environmental conditions, improper watering, or neglect.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product designs, and images are owned by Cultivate and Collect and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cultivate and Collect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
